In both our winery and the vineyards
we try to hire locally, training our staff and giving them all the support they need in order to gain knowledge and skills.
We hold certifications from the Clean Production Agreement (APL1), the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and the ISO 9001 quality control standards (2008).

In addition, we have implemented other green initiatives such as the use of lighter eco bottles, composting and a water recycling plant, as well as imposing strict limitations on the water used in the winemaking process.
